BF Goodrich All-Terrain T/A KO LT315/70 R17 in Glendora, California

BF Goodrich All-Terrain T/A KO tires.  Size LT315/70 R 17.  Tires are five years old but were only driven for the first year.  They have been on a Chevy Silverado xxxx that was kept in the garage while my son was in the Marine Corps.
There is no sidewall cracking and the tires are in excellent condition.  They have never been patched and the only offroad use was on dirt roads. 
Approx 3,500 miles on these tires.
